The ground level offers panoramic views on all sides from its airy reception rooms. Isabella's decor combines vibrant, luminous pastels; the finest quality furnishings and luxurious Italian fabrics. Relax in the spacious, sunny sitting room with master fireplace; or enjoy the view over the estate from the large, formal dining area. A smaller area, perfect for breakfast or lunch, leads into the fantastically equipped, glass-front kitchen overlooking the patio and veranda terrace. A full guest bathroom and utility/laundry room completes the ground level. Follow the old stone staircase up to five queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom (each with en suite bathroom) painted in two-tone pastels. The spectacular infinity-edge pool runs the whole length of the house. Depending on your mood, you can enjoy the terracotta solarium, the spa bath, or simply walk down the mosaic-tiled roman steps into the water. The terracotta portico is ideal for relaxing poolside and informal dining. A large Tuscan loggia veranda offers beautiful dawn and twilight views, and is perfect for entertaining. Villa Isabella is totally private, perched on the crest of a small hilltop, and surrounded by ancient Tuscan cypress trees. The Mediterranean terraces all around the house lead down into the fields and woodlands. The 18-hole international golf course at Castelfalfi is 20 minutes away; horseback riding and tennis are just a 10 minute drive. It is advisable to rent a car; the closest shops and restaurants are about 3.5 miles from the property. The villa is staffed and air-conditioned. Perfect for entertaining, Villa Isabella is a sophisticated venue for family reunions, celebrations, parties and professional events. Larger groups can rent the nearby Montaione, Cascina or Cerreto, also part of the same estate.
