Siena Area Villas

The farmhouse has been beautifully restored and is surrounded by a splendid garden in which the planting is in perfect harmony with the surrounding countryside. The rooms are all spacious, the bathrooms are in excellent condition and all the bedrooms have a view over the Tuscan hills. In particular, Fontanella has lovely and living areas where it is possible to read undisturbed by the rest of the group. The indoor furnishings of the villa are elegant, with a lovely mixture of Asian and Italian antiques. The kitchen is well equipped, with all the necessary domestic appliances and utensils for cooking lovers. For lovers of nature and healthy eating a vegetable garden is at clients disposal, together with a kitchen garden rich with aromatic herbs. Two external patio areas offer the possibility to eat outdoors, enjoying the view, from two different sides of the surrounding landscape. Large sun umbrellas offer the necessary shade; a barbecue and a wood oven can be found on the patio area off the dining room. The swimming pool is about 50 meters from the villa and is long enough to swim comfortably. The pool is furnished with wooden sun beds and sun umbrellas. Ground Floor:

From the sitting area direct exit to the outdoor courtyard furnished with table and shadowed by umbrellas and wood-burning oven.
