Surrounded by countryside typical of the Maremma area in southern Tuscany, Alfamagia can be found in one of the many valleys rich with arable land. The countryside is stunning and the location is most convenient for those who love the sea, but who also want to enjoy the peacefulness of a house in the country. Approximately half an hour away by car are the famous beaches of Argentario as well as the famous Capalbio, where there are sandy beaches equipped with umbrellas and sun-loungers, as well as a variety of seaside restaurants. Renovated internally and built on the ruins of an old farmhouse, Alfamagia is a 3,660sq.ft house furnished to live in all year round. The house is easily accessible from a rarely-used gravel track, on which one side is the owner's land. All the windows have panoramic views. On the ground floor the French windows of the large living area face onto one side of the pool which is furnished with garden settees and a table, making it ideal for eating out under the stars.
