Sited on a hilltop, this property boasts 5 bedrooms in the main house, a billiard room and a superb panoramic view. There is also an annex with an additional double bedroom with en-suite shower room, kitchen and living room with fireplace.

A pathway with stairs leads to the villa's courtyard charmingly furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining. The private swimming pool is delightfully surrounded by terracotta pots abundant with colorful flowers.

Ideally located in the town of Crespina, the property is only 20 km from the city of Pisa, and easily accessible to famous cities such as Florence, Siena and Lucca. The property also lies a short distance from the sea so guests can also make seaside trips.
